The Power of One taps into the power of the group! Group classes/instruction are offered in a number of sports/activities:
"Run Class" - A weekly "class" that meets and runs with Tim. Efficient running technique is taught first, followed by observation, analysis, and feedback to each individual in the group. Then a training plan is designed to specifically meet the needs of the individuals in the class, typically connected with a goal, such as an upcoming race.
"Cycling Class" - A weekly "class" that meets and rides with Tim. Aspects of effective and efficient cycling technique are taught, followed by observation, analysis, and feedback to each individual in the group. Next, a training plan, designed with each individual riders' strength and limiters in mind is implemented with the group.
It doesn't matter how hard athletes work; without an adequate performance nutrition plan in place athletes will lack optimizing strength, power, and endurance, among other fitness benefits. Contemporary research has shown a revolutionary new system of exercise nutrition that will allow the athlete to build more strength and lean muscle mass in less time than ever before.
